LML Piston Kit 11-16 Duramax Dan's Diesel Performance

Dan's Diesel Performance LML Piston Kit. DDP has teamed up with Uem to offer our Duramax customers a high quality performance piston kit.

We offer piston sets in factory and modified forms. Two different ring options available. For piston modification we modify the lip of the crown. Not to be confused with delipping.

We increase the radius profile of the lip in order to remove the thin area where cracks tend to occur. Increasing the radius instead of removing the lip still promotes good swirl in the piston bowl for a cleaner, more efficient combustion.

Features:

• For engines that have a decked block we machine the top of the piston to reduce the compression height by 0.010 inch.
• Thermal coating is also available for additional heat protection.
• Pistons come with UEM premium piston rings made by Hastings. They feature a CRBN/High Chrome SS top ring, heat treated chrome 2nd ring and a nitrided SS oil ring.
• Total Seal gapless piston ring kits are available as well.
• Wrist pins and clips are included.
• Pistons are available in multiple different sizes.
