Shipping Policy: Unless noted on the PO, all orders will be shipped by the most economical way. J&M Products usually ships FedEx Ground. Shipping Terms: All shipping charges are FOB J&M Products in San Luis Obispo CA Free Freight: All orders totaling $7500 and over (including sale and closeout items) qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. This policy does not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside of the United States including but not limited to, American Samoa, Guam, The Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Orders are shipped from our manufacturing facility in San Luis Obispo California. Our shipping department will determine the most efficient route to get your order shipped out to you. Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery times. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Shipping changes/charges including intercepts, C.O.D. fees, vendor drop ship fees, address changes, and will call pick-up may be subject to the appropriate fees as designated by the shipper and will not be included as “free freight”. For palletized freight shipments J&M has a minimum five business day lead-time. Only accounts in good standing with J&M are eligible for free freight. Delinquent accounts are not eligible for any free freight offers. Returned items that were part of a free freight discount are subject to the costs of shipping and return shipping. Extra charges will apply if you request lift gate service. This must be specified upfront. All lift gate charges are the responsibility of the customer.
