HSP has always had a killer warranty policy that was un-written, but we thought it was time to set it in stone. In 2021 we did just that. Our iron-clad "NO BS" Limited Lifetime Warranty was drafted and put in place. This warranty covers more than most manufacturers care to even talk about and we welcome you to read it when you are ready.

In 2021 we rolled out a ton of new technology & features. Some of these features include a new Website, Online chat, Ticket System, Self-service RMA's, Online dealer pricing, bulk order entry form, better communication & email flow to keep dealers in the know with orders... just to name a few ;)

But we have also invested in our processes, software, hardware, machinery, infrastructure & more personnel. This information will give you an idea of what 2021 will have in store for HSP & you as a dealer. But trust us when we say this is only the tip of the iceberg!

Hey there! We are glad you are taking the time to dive a little deeper into HSP to see what we are all about.

HSP has been around since early 2011 with very humble beginnings. At the time, Joe, The owner; was just interested in building crazy custom setups that ended up capturing the attention of the Duramax industry. Over the years, Joe has never taken his hands off the wheel and has consistently been a critical part of the day to day business & operations.

Inevevitabely, the company would need to expand from the dream and into a sustainable & scaleable business. That is exactly what we have been hard at work creating.

We have taken that same passion & drive that launched HSP and structered it in a way that not only makes it easire for us to handle more orders in a timely manner, but it now allows us to be able to give our dealers an insane amount of data & information. This information includes data for all HSP products that makes building our product line on any platfor a breeze. This also allowed us to add google shopping attributes, ASIN numbers for Amazon and fitment data never before offered by HSP. We also include our top movers, installation instructions, Hi-Res images (1200x1200px), powder color, UPC, and the list goes on with over 70 columns of data!
