Gussets are a great way of gaining a lot of strength out of your cage. Making more weld area for connecting tube together is one way of making sure that your cage is safe and reliable.
Many Ultra4 and WeRock Events now require larger tube sizes for cages and sometimes even stipulate gusseting. These do not have anything lasered in them for design- why? Because If they had any kind of hole in them they would trap water which would lead to corrosion.
These are Laser Cut from 1/8 Inch Steel Plate, and High Accuracy CNC Press Bent. We challenge you to find a finer tube gusset, these are absolutely trick!
